MISSION
The mission of the SCCOE website is as follows:
To provide SCCOE customers with:
- interactive services
- information, reports and data relevant to public education in Santa Clara County
The SCCOE website also:
- facilitates two-way communication between the SCCOE and its customers
- promotes SCCOE professional identity
DESCRIPTION OF WEB SERVICES
- Basic Service (free): Customers (SCCOE departments, programs and partners)
receive five static pages located on the sccoe.org domain. Customers sign Basic
Service Agreement with Communication Services.
- Extended Service (fee-based): Customers request custom web services, which
include more than five static pages or interactivity. Customers sign a
Memorandum of Agreement with Regional Technology Center and/or
Communication Services.
- Virtual Web Hosting (fee-based): Customers use the server space and
maintain their own files using File Transfer Protocol (FTP). These files
are NOT linked to the SCCOE site. SCCOE is NOT responsible for the
content. Customers sign Web Hosting Contract with Regional Technology
Center.
